Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DigitalHub, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell products listed on DigitalHub. All products must be original or properly licensed. Creators must not upload malware, illegal content, or infringing material. DigitalHub reserves the right to remove any product at any time.

3. Commission & Payments

DigitalHub charges a 10% commission on all sales. Creators receive 90% of the sale price. Payments are processed through PayPal or LakiPay. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of $20. DigitalHub is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

4. Purchases & Refunds

All sales are final unless the product is materially different from its description. Customers receive a 30-day download link. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to review.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited: illegal content, adult or explicit material, content that infringes intellectual property rights, malware or harmful software, misleading or fraudulent products.

6. Account Termination

DigitalHub reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, creators will receive any outstanding earnings after a review period.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigitalHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our liability is limited to the amount of commissions received in the 30 days prior to the claim.
